1. Acceptance of terms

These terms apply to all visitors, registered learners, and coaching institute partners. Using any part of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version of these terms.

2. Description of service

Easynaukri4u provides a digital learning and government exam preparation platform including CBT mock tests, previous year papers, free e-books, live and recorded classes, a learning management system, and white-labelled institute partner portals. Some content is free; some is offered as paid test series or partnerships.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the email and payment methods you submit.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to access tests, content, or data you have not paid for or been granted.
• Copy, redistribute, or resell our content, mock tests, or e-books without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform's systems.
• Share your account credentials with others or attempt to manipulate rank lists.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the platform — including mock tests, questions, e-books, videos, and designs — is owned by Easynaukri4u or its partners and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Institute partners retain ownership of content they upload to their white-labelled portals.

7. Institute partner terms

Coaching institutes using the partner portal agree to provide accurate branding assets, comply with applicable education regulations, and ensure their students adhere to acceptable use. Partner accounts operate under a separate partnership agreement that supplements these terms.

8. Payments

Paid test series and partnership fees are processed through secure third-party gateways. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and may change. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that using our services will result in selection in any examination. See our Disclaimer for full details.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easynaukri4u shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, study progress, or exam opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraud, or inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases; we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
