This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which Easynaukri4u offers refunds and cancellations for paid services such as premium test series and institute partnership subscriptions.
1. Free content
A substantial portion of our platform — including many mock tests, previous year papers, and e-books — is free. Since no payment is involved, no refund is applicable to free content.
2. Premium test series & paid subscriptions
Paid test series and subscriptions are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the content is accessible immediately, the following refund terms apply:
- Within 24 hours of purchase: if you have not attempted more than 2 paid mock tests from the series, you may request a full refund by emailing support@easynaukri4u.com with your order ID.
- After 24 hours or after 2+ attempted tests: the purchase is considered utilised and is non-refundable.
- Technical failure on our side: if a paid test cannot be attempted due to a proven platform fault, we will either fix the issue and extend access or issue a pro-rata refund for the affected portion.
3. Institute partnership subscriptions
- Monthly plans: cancellable at any time; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid month and is not renewed.
- Annual plans: cancellable within 7 days of purchase for a pro-rata refund minus the months already used. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@easynaukri4u.com with the subject "Refund Request", your registered email, order ID, and the reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Non-refundable cases
- Requests made after the eligible window has passed.
- Requests where the paid content has been substantially consumed (more than 2 mock tests attempted).
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension.
- Change of mind after consuming the content.
6. Cancellation of account
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@easynaukri4u.com. Account closure does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any active subscription; refund eligibility is governed by the sections above.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and a ban from future purchases.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date. Changes do not affect purchases made before the update.
